Would you like to go camping in the middle of nature, but with a little luxury? At Borda Castell you can enjoy “safe wildcamping”. Our fifteen pitches are divided over eight acres so that you can fully enjoy the nature that surrounds you. The view is breathtaking and the wildlife abundant. You can spot vultures, eagles and other big birds of prey. Enjoy the many species of butterfly, and the spectacular bee-eaters. The early risers may find themselves eye to eye with a wild boar or a deer. At night you can enjoy a spectacular starry sky without any light pollution. Our telescope is at your disposal.
For the kids there is lots to do. They can play on the grounds, there is lots of stuff to dress up or play circus and our donkeys love to be brushed and stroked.
On the banks of the Noguera Pallaresa, The nearest little town from our camping is Sort, the Spanish capital of white water sports. There you can find lots of little shops, or enjoy some tapas on one of the many terraces. Another big attraction near to our camping is Aiguestortes national park, rumored to be Spain's most beautiful national park. For more information on what to do visit our page: Surroundings.

We are still starting up, and are working hard to make everything to your liking. In our new toilet block you can find toilets, showers and a place to do the dishes. We are not connected to the electrical grid, and therefore the sites don't dispose of electricity. We have some solar panels for illumination and to charge your laptops, batteries and mobile phones. Sometimes we run the generator to operate the washing machine. In our restaurant we serve breakfast and lunch, and at night we serve a home made dinner with lots of local ingredients. During the day you can drop in for an ice-cream, a soda or a beer. Here you can also find lots of books, board games and brochures about the area.
